United Airlines can’t seem to get it together. The drama that occurred with a passenger who was violently disembarked earlier this month was shocking and left many customers angry with the airline. They’ve recently taken another blow to their reputation after a giant rabbit that was transported in cargo, died upon landing at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.
An investigation is ongoing, but what we do know is that the airline is trying to make it up to its customers. They just sent out a message from CEO, Oscar Munoz, outlining new procedures that will not involve law enforcement when it comes to disembarking passengers, as well as new benefits to any customer who is removed from a future flight.
